Quality Management System

Shivamani believes in “delivered quality” and each shipment released with COA (Certificate of analysis) and batch reference number, after final testing at the time of delivery. We are accredited  with QMS ISO 9001:2015 and registration with DMF (Type-III packaging material) with USFDA ascertains use of raw materials from globally reputed sources of USP type-I. 

An incoming inspection validates the quality of raw material based on set of acceptance criteria. The quality control inspection is conducted during production to identify deviations and give feedback on corrective measures.   In process inspection enables us to confirm quality as well as compliance to specification, is being maintained through out the production process. The random inspection while packing further assures meeting customers’ specifications.

Shivamani has well defined tracking system from raw material converted to finished good supports CAPA (Corrective and preventive action) in case of discrepancies. A well designed documented system ensures quality standard are routinely met and minimizes potential for error.

Tubular glass containers from Shivamani comply with pharmacopoeia requirements namely US, European, Indian and International standards.
