Shivamani has established its credentials in pharmaceutical field with the-state-of-art manufacturing facility, situated at Vapi, in Gujarat, province of India, having area around 1200 SQM. The manufacturing facility is equipped with most modern imported vial forming machines and high speed OCMI machines for specialized vials, combined installed annual capacity above 70 million vials.

The vials are inspected and packed on-line, just after annealing in dust-free air-conditioned area, using protective gears. Our production area is provided with  air-curtains at entry & exit points and adequate air handling system. Our quality control laboratory is equipped with glass container testing facility as per renowned pharmacopoeias. 

The dedicated Natural Gas pipeline (PNG -Piped Natural Gas) from Gujarat Gas Ltd. and liquid oxygen from INOX – through oxygen tank, provides uninterrupted supply of important production inputs. The dedicated technical team is continuously trained for improvements and  maintenance of machines & equipment.
